DELIVERY DETAILS:
Our standard delivery charge to the UK mainland is £3.95.
For UK deliveries we aim to deliver your goods within 7 days of receiving your order subject to availability. However please allow up to 14 days for delivery as sometimes the post can take a little longer than expected.
Delivery to Europe is £9.95
Please note that orders sent to Ireland are now subject to import duty and may also be charged VAT. We can take no responsibility for any customs charges.
Delivery to Rest of the World is £16.95
For Europe and international destinations please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We can take no responsibility for customs charges.
RETURNS:
We want to ensure that you are happy with your product but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days, unworn and any creams unopened, and with labels attached. We will then send you a replacement or refund your card.
Please note that the carriage cost can only be refunded if the item is faulty. We recommend you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
